Shipping
- Orders are packed for safe delivery in appropriate hat boxes.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and cart contents. An effort is made to combine boxes to lower shipping cost.
- You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
- You will receive order confirmation after purchase, either to the email on your account or the email provided when checking out.
Returns and refunds
- At this time we don't over returns or refunds.
Privacy
- We use order and contact information to fulfill purchases and respond to customer service requests.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Accounts only store shipping information.
Terms of use
- Inventory is rotating secondhand stock; availability changes frequently.
- Listing descriptions and photos represent each unique item at the time of sale.
- By purchasing, you agree to these policies and applicable shipping/return terms above.
